Save your money and skip in salon services. I went in for a root touch up/gloss/blow out. I left with color on my face including my cheek, near my eye and a full 3/4" band of stained skin at the hair line and a rough dry. The service costs $177 and I have had a better result at a beauty school for $25. I used their kit at home myself before but wanted to treat myself and assumed a professional could do a better job. First it took me 15 minutes to find where it was located, no phone to call, when I called I just got an voice robot that couldn't help me, took me to the complete opposite side of Bella Terra. I was there for an all over color that took over 2 hours! I was furious in the end I didn't get the blowout I wanted because I was already late to other engagements. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I went to Madison Reed Huntington Beach to get a full balayage (NO roots) and I expressly said I didn't want my hair blond. What did I get? I got foil instead of balayage, I ended up completely blond and they made me pay them an extra charge to fix it. I've gotten balayage for some years now in another salon out of town.
