AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I went to Madison Reed Huntington Beach to get a full balayage (NO roots) and I expressly said I didn't want my hair blond. What did I get? I got foil instead of balayage, I ended up completely blond and they made me pay them an extra charge to fix it. I've gotten balayage for some years now in another salon out of town.
