My daughter got her first balayage, and her hair was challenging due to a previous patchy box dye self-experiment by my daughter! Biggest plus: It's convenient, for the most part. But almost impossible to cancel even though they say you can text if you're unable to come or running late (but no one responds). You can't really pick your colorist, at least not on the website (and you can't call and speak to a human). They'll keep you waiting once you're there but if you're late you get an irate phone call. Walked in in a panic after a hair appointment elsewhere left me a complete platinum yellow blonde. I was greeted by the manager Rosalie who immediately put me at ease.
