My hair was only washed once after being dyed, so the dye was not washed out of my hair, and transferred onto my bedding at night. Otherwise, my experience was good.

My daughter got her first balayage, and her hair was challenging due to a previous patchy box dye self-experiment by my daughter! Biggest plus: It's convenient, for the most part. But almost impossible to cancel even though they say you can text if you're unable to come or running late (but no one responds). You can't really pick your colorist, at least not on the website (and you can't call and speak to a human). They'll keep you waiting once you're there but if you're late you get an irate phone call. And finally, it's not inexpensive. There's no personal touch; this job might as well be done by a machine. I keep coming back so I guess that means I... read more
