I decided to pop in today and was lucky to get Elisa. She was so helpful from the moment I walked in she cheerfully greeted me and asked what I was hoping for. I explained that it was time to cover my roots and didnot want it dark. She took charge and very diligently gave me two choices. She got me a coffee before we began. Got balayage which looks amazing! Corrected an issue from another salon which made the grow out look horrible as they had lightened my base too much.

I have been a customer of Madison Reed Roslyn since they opened. The staff is patient, caring, knowledgeable, and they listen to ensure the end product is what the customer wants. They have been with me through my hair transformation, taking me from a dark brown to a dark blondish color that is the best color I've ever had. I would definitely recommend Madison Reed for several reasons. Making an appointment online is so simple and fast, you are always taken for your appointment on time and I always leave there looking and feeling good. Getting my hair done there every five weeks doesn't put me in the poor house either. The membership deals are so worth joining and the extra perks you get are great.

Incredible service and wonderful staff! I came for my first visit a couple weeks ago and my hair was multi colored. Dora helped me pick a color and it was perfect! My daughter is visiting from Colorado and her hair turned out fantastic! I can't say enough about this salon and the great people that work here. Dora, Rosalie and Franchesa, all are incredible! love the fast service and simplicity of it. I like the fact that I have options to dry my hair or not, I can buy products that are good for me and the service is nice!
