My color turned out exactly like I wanted, and it's very pretty and healthy!! This was tricky as I had some gray, some brown color on my hair, but needed my roots done and wanted cool blond highlights with no orange tinge. Crystal also addressed my concerns about how to keep my hair healthy and pretty. Thank you so much

Great product, love the box it's packed in and only causes minor irritation at times compared to other products I've tried. Been using this now for many years but it's a bit expensive with the shipping.
