This was my third time and I had an exceptionally good experience! I had to return due to second time color was off. My biggest appreciation is the customer service was great as always but I was worried coming back because I had an issue with the color and was worried on getting profiled negatively, but they were super sweet and caring and absolutely amazing! Thank you for understanding my issue and treating me like ur best customer service! Love it

Hello, This my first time visiting this establishment. My intentions was to go in and purchase a color kit. The Ladies were so lovely, kind, very informative and sincerely wanted to help me with obtaining my desired finish look. They knew I was not going to get the results I was looking for and kindly suggested I allow them to service my hair (All over base color & Highlights). I have been loving going to Madison Reed at The Forum. The ladies there are all so kind and attentive! The color and the care products have been working beautifully to keep my 'red / auburn' alive. I HIGHLY recommend Madison Reed and will continue having them keep my roots hidden as long as they keep doing this great job!!

Found this salon on yelp so I'm leaving a review here. I had Lydia and told her she made me a believer in gloss. Got gloss+roots and I loved the results. My hair had lots of different things going on (highlights, boxed root touch-ups, etc.) and it ended up with beautiful color, perfectly blended, and didn't take too long. The salon is chic, reasonably priced, uses products that work.

Wonderful place. wonderful people. I think their focus on natural colors that are rich and true with maintenance tools and compatible products available for purchase is a breath of fresh air - they do one thing, and they do it excellently. The very reasonable price is just the icing on the cake.
