What kind of color bar salon doesn't work on fashion colors??? Definitely never coming here again.

i wish i could give this place 0 stars. it was one of the worst experiences that i have ever had in a hair salon. it was my first visit and they didn't even listened to what hair color i wanted. they also only dyed my roots when i booked a full coverage dye, and i told them this and they didn't listen to me. they were also not gentle at all with my hair. my hair is very sensitive and weak. after they washed my hair, a good bit of hair fell out because of how harsh they were. Color was awful, shampooing felt like my hair was being pulled out, grey wasn't covered, they let me process for over an hour, price was more than quoted on the phone but the girl who applied the color was nice. This was my first & last time I'll ever use Madison Reed. You'd be better off using a box color from the grocery store. It's an expensive DIY. - please send me an email so I can send you my information. I don't feel comfortable putting it on yelp. Thank you

If Madison Reed is not going to honor their Referral Coupons with the same level of top-notch service that their branding and marketing tools indicate, they should simply not offer referral coupons at all. As a first-timer, my experience with the colorist and shampoo were excellent! Worst experience ever. Wrong color dye was selected to cover my roots. Went in with ash blonde hair and highlights and went home with Auburn Red roots that was actually painted about four inches higher than my actual need of coverage. Total mess. The salon girl was extremely unprofessional, put the dye on my hair and went and talked on the phone for 40 minutes and never checked it to see that it was the wrong color.
