Very clean and professional atmosphere. I have been here twice now, and I love it! Christine really listened when I asked about going a shade darker than my first visit. The products are much safer than the kind I used to buy to use at home. For the wash after, Jeremy did a superb job getting my hair rinsed out! What a great concept -- The Color Bar! Loved how easy it was to book appointment online. Loved how clean the salon was -- felt "covid" safe. Color-specialist was friendly and did a great job. Will definitely do this again!

I was somewhat skeptical walking in because my hair was in bad shape from highlights back in March from another salon. Due to their non-harsh chemical advertising I thought I'd give MR a try for root coverage. I was immediately greeted & we quickly discussed my concerns and expectations. MR chatbots cancelled my appointment one hour before. One hour before my appointment began I got an auto text from M.R, wanting pictures of my current hair and inspiration pictures. Then I was told that THEY are canceling my appointment because it appears that my hair was highlighted (which it is not). I did not understand and tried to text, and phone call. I canceled my membership and I will not be back. If you want anything other than root touch-up, please go elsewhere. When the staff mess up your hair or "misunderstand", the manager will make you feel very uncomfortable. The manager softened her aggressive tone and demeanor when I told her she made me uncomfortable but that alone is enough to where I'd never come again. The staff made me feel stressed and unvalued. Instead of a relaxing experience, the staff got into a debate, was rude and had me so stressed. They also do not use "good" conditioner as it's only for "highlight" customers. My hair feels dry and brittle with their products. It's getting unbearable there. Time to figure out other arrangements.
