Terrible, after the technician admitted to putting the wrong color, darker color on my hai, she tried to fix, it which took an hour longer. The color of my roots are still two shades darker than my hair, they did not offer extra conditioning after the extra chemicals and processing and they charged me full price, didn't even offer a discount for ruining my hair!

MR chatbots cancelled my appointment one hour before. One hour before my appointment began I got an auto text from M.R, wanting pictures of my current hair and inspiration pictures. Then I was told that THEY are canceling my appointment because it appears that my hair was highlighted (which it is not). I did not understand and tried to text, and phone call. I canceled my membership and I will not be back. If you want anything other than root touch-up, please go elsewhere. When the staff mess up your hair or "misunderstand", the manager will make you feel very uncomfortable. The manager softened her aggressive tone and demeanor when I told her she made me uncomfortable but that alone is enough to where I'd never come again. The staff made me feel stressed and unvalued. Instead of a relaxing experience, the staff got into a debate, was rude and had me so stressed. They also do not use "good" conditioner as it's only for "highlight" customers. My hair feels dry and brittle with their products. It's getting unbearable there. Time to figure out other arrangements.

I fully realize that there are women who have had a great experience here. But since my wife did not and she's too nice to write a review, I'll do it for her. She had a good friend visit from Louisiana and she had made appointments for her birthday in advance. The day of their appointment the salon cancelled on them. I went in to the Allen location the Tuesday before Christmas, and had requested a balayage. I showed the stylist the pictures and she said no problem. unfortunately, when I was blow drying, all of my hair ended up in my lap. foils left on too long. wrong toner.. a week later, MY HAIR IS ORANGE AND I HAD TO CUT HALF OF IT OFF! HALF!! DO NOT go to this location for balayage until they actually train their colorists. Awful!

NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. NEVER! I am a blonde, and have been my entire life. It's a dirty ash blonde, so I color it. But, by all means, I have spent every living moment of my life a blonde, now with some grey. I have also been coloring my hair since I was 14. Terrible experience with Christy the manager at Allen Texas store; she was rude. Passive aggressive and insisted on me getting a shade and when I said let's do it; she goes I'm not going to do it and said she would decline services? And I asked why? She had spent 25 Mins ... and I had worked my whole schedule to for this appointment and she responded she didn't care she seemed to be on some trip...I was polite and so she was but boy she was the most negative employee with zero customer service.
