Would 10/10 not recommend getting a balayage from this location. I showed a specific photo of a basic chocolate brown toned balayage to the stylist and was led to believe the subtle look was possible. My hair looks nothing like the photo, and the bleach was done in such a sloppy and uneven fashion that I look like a spotted cheetah with my brassy toned color starting about an inch from my roots. I would definitely not recommend going here for their balayage service. I have black hair and wanted some chocolate brown highlights/balayage. I showed my stylist a few pictures, and she told me that was definitely achievable. I went to Madison Reed so that I wouldn't have to use harsh chemicals, as they advertise. However, they used a lightener that was completely damaging to my hair and left it looking and feeling very brittle and dry. And my balayage looked absolutely horrible. This hair color made my hair fall out in clumps, it felt stripped and hard to brush and the color did not last. I stopped going in November and my hair feels so much better. Deanne Phillips
