Jen is a magician with color and highlights. My damaged hair is surprisingly soft and shiny and she helped me choose the PERFECT color! It's a Color Bar not a luxury salon. I liked the fun, laid back atmosphere. I'll always see Jen when it's time to refresh. Great experience!

This was my first time at Madison Reed in Burlington MA. I just wanted my roots colored and a consultation on which of their colors I could use at home in the future. The lady that did my consultation was not from USA and I couldn't really understand her accent and I found it difficult to ask her questions about concerns I have about at home application. I really want to like this location . I haven't used it to get my hair colored but I did appreciate having a brick and mortar option for pick up and to get in person consultation on color and products. I've been there 5 -10 times and unfortunately now I find I avoid it if at all possible because it's almost always very unpleasant. There is never anyone available to help at the front desk.
