So far I can only review my visit/service, and 1st impression of the product! The Color Bar ia beautiful, airy, clean and inviting! I was warmly welcomed and started before my time! I explained what I kind of had in mind and the young lady who colored my hair was attentive and asked questions to match me up good. She was super nice, did a great job both applying color/washing/blow drying! I will definitely come back for that alone! 1st impression of color is great. I love it! Now I pray it doesn't fade too fast!

The Madison Reed Color Bars is one of the Best things of my Year!! Getting my roots touched up as often as i like for a very reasonable cost / a Much less toxic hair color / getting rid of horrible brassy color!! & a Wonderful staff is a Dream come true !

The blowout was Excellent ! I once was blonde I'm now dark with purple hues throughout my hair that they claim they can't FIX . You know what that means they don't want to deal with you anymore . I use to just get my roots , this time I did a all over with the same colors I had always used I don't see where it got all screwed up ?? Plus my roots that frame my face which are white never got colored there back I have no idea what I can do to get back to my dirty blonde hair ! Thanks for Nothing MR

horrible experience. My grays were never covered. I also paid for a derp conditioning treatment and I had to ask for it because they never check what I wanted. Didn't like the service, not coming back and won't recommend it

Well that was one and done. The employees couldn't be more disinterested in the customer.. No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, no eye contact. They seemed miserable and in pain to be at work. I won't be back. No thank you.

The reason I din't recommend this business is they don't care at all about their customers. They made me wait for over an hour to get my hair done for a scheduled appointment...without telling me they were running behind. When I told them I had to leave they did not seem to care. This is the problem with chains that do not pay their employees a decent salary. TOTAL east of time!

Sadly, I had to walk out of my appointment today, and didn't get my hair colored on my day off this week. Service here is poor. When I arrived on time for my appointment, the bathroom was "occupied" for 15 minutes, by the colorist, and then it was another 10 minutes before she was ready to assist me. The bathroom had a faint smell of cigarette smoke when I used it. Then I was told that they didn't have my color in stock, nor the two colors that mix to make a close match. I have tried to use this Madison Reed location many times, but unless you literally have an unlimited open schedule it's just not worth it. Expect to add on at least 30 minutes to your appointment time because everyone is "on break". I had to actually leave today because it's just insane trying to plan anything else on a day you have an appointment here. ‍
