This was my first time here and I definitely won't be coming back. The person who colored my hair just cared about doing it as fast as she could. She did not even bother to apply the barrier cream, and made a half hearted effort to dab on a little when I pointed it out to her. She applied hair color all over my skin on my face and did not bother to clean it once she was done applying. It became clear to me only after I got to the drying station. Terrible customer service. It took half an hour to get any attention and when we did, the attendant said it will take about 10 minutes for a stylist to be free for consultation. It took over another half hour of waiting and that made us to just to go ahead and leave. Watching them from the sitting area, they are busy cleaning up and it was only 2 pm in the afternoon. Customer service is very poor.

Closed even when website and sign says open. Maybe going out of business since no customers are ever inside. May need to buy on line.
