Really disappointed with my experience here. I came in wanting to make my previously done balayage look better/more natural when my hair was up because they had not properly done my face framing. I thought the solution would be to gloss or tone it all down, which is what I made my appointment for, but it was recommended to actually lighten around my face to blend it better and not lose the brighter part of my hair on the bottom. Terrible service they wants charge more and more money every time adding service for blower burned my hair

My review started as negative stars because of the text and phone customer service. Google maps has the location wrong and I was lost in the mall. I called customer service and they never answered the phone. I texted in the app and apparently they are not at the store so have no idea how to give you directions. I even sent a picture of the map to show that the map said I was there but obviously I wasn't. They replied oh yes I see our location, you're there. NO I WASNT! I asked for a lighter hair color. If Nicole was unavailable to comply with my request, she should've said so. I am not happy with the color.

I frequent Madison Reed in the Falls tried this location because was in the area. Color stylists work the same as all the Madison Reed's do. They are getting two stars for customer service. The girl that check people in is rude and not helpful. Customer Service is everything. I will not be back to this location and will continue to frequent The Falls location.

I bought the rooth touch up kit and hair color kit, usually when I buy one hair coloring Tube it would last me for 4 rooth touch up, I have very fine hair to my surprise Both packaging they don't have enough Product to cover my hair Very disappointed I feel their business strategy give them so little for highest Price in the market and they come for more. I would never buy their products again.

The stylist left the color for way too long, when I complained I was told she had the timer and would come out when it was time to wash. She never checked my progress... then she came out with her stuff ready to go home! She had forgotten about my color!! When I asked what happened she said... "the longer application will not affect the results" then she left!!! Did not wait to see the finished color!!! She wasted my time but could not stay 5 more minutes to see the end results!! Absolutely horrible experience. For a salon that is specifically for hair color services, they are SERIOUSLY lacking. Even after notifying my colorist of my experience with coloring my hair and asking for an ashy color, my hair ended up with an extremely brassy tone. I opted for a full color service with a blowdry, which resulted in the top of my hair a completely different color than the rest of my hair. The difference in color was extremely obvious. Loved this place until a few months ago. Suddenly no appointments and when I got an appointment one harried colorist working alone. She was great but it's not a fun experience watching someone struggling to keep up. Owners need to step up and increase staff. Just had an appointment cancel with 2 hours' notice -- which if I'd done it would've cost me me the whole appointment. The next available was two weeks away!!!
