This location has good customer service. They work with you to find the right shade. The stylist makes all the difference. It is helpful that they can save the exact formula for each time you visit. I have the monthly pass where you can go as much as you like. The negative is you cannot request a stylist. This can be a big deal because I have had difficulty with one stylist here.
