my last experience made me uncomfortable. I was handed a brush and asked if I was tender headed. this salon needs some improvement in customer service overall however sensitivity training is highly recommended. I cancelled my membership and have to say I am disappointed enough to share a negative review with the public because no one should be treated that way.

THE PICS THEY POSTED ON THIS LOCATION ON YELP ARE FAKE FROM OTHER LOCATIONS!!!! Went in looking to get my full head done of color with some accents and I got this? I was letting my hair grow out for a year and half and I was finally ready to treat myself and make my whole head one color and ASHY light brown with just some highlights! I went to have my roots colored and a blowout. There were only two stylists working. My appointment was at 10:00 am and it took 4 hours!!!! The blowout was the WORST I've ever had, not to mention the stylist stopped my blowout NOT ONCE but TWICE to go color and wash other clients hair, extremely disrespectful!!!! She barely used the brush to blowout my hair and relied on the flat iron to get it done. She applied a ton of product on my hair and in the end I left with greasy and frizzy hair!!!! BUYER BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIP PENALTY: On 1/16 @5:30 and on 3/19 @3:00pm. I had appointments where both times were recommended by employees and I accepted them however on both days when I arrived, they told me they got busy and forgot to enter them so I had to wait well over 30 minutes first time, and 45 minutes second time, to receive service. I had my second appointment at the Davie Location at 11 and walk In at 11:13. I was turn away by Victoria, due to their 10 minutes grace period, mind you my first appointment I waited 15 minutes to be seen, as a courtesy they should honor the appointment. I would no longer use any of there services. Having my root retouch at $75.00 +tip is not a price many can afford. But I'm a believer of paying for good service and labor. This was the first and last time I go to this Davie location. I walked in and was 9 minutes late the girl who checked me in Victoria made sure to let me know if I was 10 minutes late she didn't have to take me. And as she said this the lady sitting next to me said I hope her tardiness doesn't affect my appointment. How un professional can she be if u can't take me then just say so no one needs a lecture. Let me begin by saying that to cover roots this place is just ok. Unfortunately the color does not last too long maybe two weeks maximum. However, the worse complaint is that I went on 8/2/2022 to have highlights done and the technician convinced me to to bailage which was definitely not done correctly as it turned my hair orange and it simply looked like I had one color on the top and orange on my end. As of July 10, 2022 nobody has contacted me or attempted to remedy this. Just awful! Steer clear of this place and go to another location such as the Pembroke Pines one.
