What a great experience. My girlfriend went last week and said I had to go check them out to cover my grays. Now, I have some intense grays and when I say they are ALL gone, they are ALL gone! First time visiting, I went from light with a lot of dimensional highlights and low lights to becoming a brunette. My colorist put the color all over, then I went to wash. My hairdresser went to lunch and didn't even look at the results. It's a drastic change. I am totally shocked. If I was a hairdresser, I would be eager to see the beautiful work that I created. Disappointed.

This place is not for me. I had to return for color correction because the colorist didn't do what I asked her to do from the beginning. I was told to detangle my own hair, not sure why. For $170.00 I expect her to do that, no matter how long it takes. Same with the deep conditioner. It should be combed through. Especially after multiple processes. 2nd time I've come in for highlights and had to return to get it fixed. First time, shared pictures and sat for hours to have no highlights show at the end of the service. I still left a tip because despite the terrible result, I don't feel it's right to stiff someone for hours of work (even though manager said I didn't "have to"). Today, I left looking like a kid brushed peroxide on two, uneven strips beside my face. I had to return to either have it toned down a second time or I was going to color it to cover altogether. Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to my appointment, PAID and left. Afterwards I started receiving phone calls about a month apart from each saying I haven't paid. Gave proof of payment about a month ago and today received another phone call saying I haven't paid?? Get it together.
