I can't thank Miranda enough for the beautiful warm highlights she expertly crafted into my medium brown hair. When I looked into the mirror I felt like she helped me to look at least 5 years younger and more like myself. It truly brought tears to my eyes. I cannot wait to tell you all about my experience at the Del Mar location. As a member who always gets great service, I brought in my mom for highlights. The team, especially the AMAZING manager, took such tender loving care of her...taking the extra time to listen to her, figure out the best path for adding some pop to her hair! The customer service was great. Color was discussed, applied, washed and you had option if you wanted to self-dry your hair. A nice experience.

Cynthia, Taylor (colorists) Emmie and Marcella (shampooing technicians) are incredible! They know color and all the services Madison Reed offers along with being engaged to the wants and needs of their customers. This location is managed by the incomparable Angel who is smooth as silk in speaking with the customers and always dedicated to managing the colorists and shampooing technicians. It is an incredible team of boss women who know their craft! Go here! I am convinced this is a necessary gift to myself.

I've been a member since June and I would highly recommend Madison Reed and also want to say welcome to the neighborhood! My first appointment was with Taylor who is fantastic and professional! Everyone there at the shop I believe is trained to help out with everything from checking you in, sitting down with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. Friendly staff, clean and pristine establishment, but brand new employees who are still working on cooperation. Color, product, and the business model is excellent. Skip the blowout - not worth it - this is not their forte. Love the app, love the options for booking. Hate the salon chairs (like sitting on concrete) and the music (top 40 from 1999-2009 on repeat). Will continue to be a customer/member for the quality of the service and product!
