I've been a member since June and I would highly recommend Madison Reed and also want to say welcome to the neighborhood! My first appointment was with Taylor who is fantastic and professional! Everyone there at the shop I believe is trained to help out with everything from checking you in, sitting down with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. Friendly staff, clean and pristine establishment, but brand new employees who are still working on cooperation. Color, product, and the business model is excellent. Skip the blowout - not worth it - this is not their forte. Love the app, love the options for booking. Hate the salon chairs (like sitting on concrete) and the music (top 40 from 1999-2009 on repeat). Will continue to be a customer/member for the quality of the service and product!

Erran was amazing!! He did a full foil highlight. Perfect cool blonde, didn't highlight overlapping with my light ends, keeping them from unnecessarily drying out. He did an incredible job

I visited the store on 4/24 to purchase hair color and felt it was important to share my experience. During my visit, I interacted with a team member who had a very unwelcoming and confrontational demeanor from the start of our interaction. Unfortunately, the tone throughout the exchange felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience and had really high hopes since I already love this color brand. First my colorist was running 35 -40 mins behind doing someone else's highlights and no one texted or called me to let me know. Others came in after me and went right in. Than I asked to have my all over color pulled down on the ends just the last 10 minutes so the color doesn't damage my hair and they told me they couldn't do that. This location needs to do a better job at greeting and attending customers who are stopping by to pick up. Today I went to pick up a color kit and I wasn't greeted. I was totally ignored by three stylists who were finishing up with their clients even though I was in their field of view. It was like they were waiting for one of them to take the lead and help me so that they'd be spared and when that didn't happen, I went up to one and asked if someone could help me and she said someone would be with me shortly. Poor service and price. I was charged double than what was quoted when I made my appointment. That would have been ok but the stylist never informed me of this. Dry bar did not have straighter or other needed supplies. Outcome was not what I desired. I will not be returning.
