I have had various stylists here and service is always good and my hair color turns out great!

I've been a member since June and I would highly recommend Madison Reed and also want to say welcome to the neighborhood! My first appointment was with Taylor who is fantastic and professional! Everyone there at the shop I believe is trained to help out with everything from checking you in, sitting down with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. Friendly staff, clean and pristine establishment, but brand new employees who are still working on cooperation. Color, product, and the business model is excellent. Skip the blowout - not worth it - this is not their forte. Love the app, love the options for booking. Hate the salon chairs (like sitting on concrete) and the music (top 40 from 1999-2009 on repeat). Will continue to be a customer/member for the quality of the service and product!

Erran was amazing!! He did a full foil highlight. Perfect cool blonde, didn't highlight overlapping with my light ends, keeping them from unnecessarily drying out. He did an incredible job

I've been to this hair bar twice and although I find it interesting and quick there are a couple of things to remember. This appears to be kind of a self serve coloring bar where everything you add onto the color including a deep conditioner a blow dry a thorough cleaning of the color they just applied to your hair is far from a professional job. Being to Madison Reed twice ( different Locations) but each time when I left there was color stain around the perimeter of my face like they don't wash your hair out good enough it... read more

My daughter (15) had an appt to get her hair colored for the first time at this salon. I had plans to meet a few friends at Culinary while she was getting her hair done. They refused to do it telling me anyone under 18 needs an adult with them. They also said it's all over their website mentioning this. I could not locate it nor was it on the confirmation email that I received. What a ridiculous policy. I understand you can't drop off a small child but we are talking about 15 years old.
