Hair came out decent but experience was horrible. There was 7 clients there with one worker that did hair. I had been there over four hours to just get partial highlights, some toner, and a blow out and I was just waiting for over 40 minutes at one point with my hair partially dried since she had to go take care of the other clients. I'm very disappointed. I came in for a color consultation with the manager and booked an appointment with her. I ended up with a junior associate, but the information was relayed to her. She thought I would get my best result by mixing two colors. I agreed. I also know she left the color on too long, and I had to ask her to rinse me. If I could give negative stars I would. These "colorists" are not trained, just hired and put immediately to work, no training. some don't even have a color background. My hair looks HORRIBLE. The biggest issue is that the "colorist" put all-over color on my hair for 45 minutes and smushed it through as if it were conditioner, like a head massage. It's so dark and dull. Would never go back. booked a full highlight/bayalage. stylist rushed through appt. and only gave me a partial foil. hair looks awful and brassy.

This was the second visit and my last one to this establishment. If you want to feel like you are at Great clips or forgotten about completely....this is the place for you. I don't mind being sprayed in the face when you shampoo me and I don't mind you getting behind a bit. When I have an appointment that it my appointment. When My color is finished by 2pm I shouldn't sit until 3 before you washy hair. I shouldn't watch people leave that came in after me with an appointment after mine. PERIOD. Where do I even begin... I came in for a blonde balayage, and left with one tone chunky highlights. The employee assigned to me barely spoke to me. I showed her a photo of the desired look, and she jumped right in. Typically, the consultation prior to applying any chemicals includes questions like "Where do you part your hair?" "How often do you have your color processed?" etc. I got none of that. They find the right color for you every time , I think is a program they have on their tablet; they know how to apply the color on your roots well , but after clearing and supposedly their products leave your hair soft and shiny is the opposite, it's hard, tangled, opaque, dull ... I don't understand, I don't think they apply conditioning after shampoo, they don't squeeze your hair off water just put you a very small towel and good luck detangling your long and fine hair there ; I have seen lady's who get a blow dry there , ... read more

it's my second time at that location , today no one greeted me , felt like the were too busy to honor my appointment; their products leave my hair feeling hard and tangled, after shampooing I requested to apply an add on product they sell , shampoo girl didn't squeeze my hair before to apply and make my hair able to absorb the product better . i decided to take off and clear the product at home , all the way while driving back my head was dripping on my clothes making me feel cold and wet . Owner won't allow teens to get their hair done unless 18+. You think it will be cheaper than a high end salon but after all the charges it's not. They started working on my daughters hair and then remembered to ask her age and made her leave when we said she's 14. They haven't updated their app or website to mention this age rule so you waste your time going in. Multiple other girls with appointments were turned away while we were there.
