I end up at this establishment because I have become allergic to a component call PPD in some hair dyes. The quality of the hair dye is not there unless you color your hair a dark shade/color. You don't know if the stylist you saw last time will still be there, usually you get a different colorist. Do not bother to get a blow dry, best if you do it yourself, awful. The negative reviews about the color not holding or covering the greys/root growth is true.

My first time, I was yelled at - you have to wear a mask NOT hello. Not sure I will go back. well I won't go back. Madison Reed advertises that you can go and get root touch Up. I buy this product and at the bar the promos do color are not the same. Terrible experience.

Do NOT go to their salon!! You all do not know what you are doing! I am in the parking lot of your salon in Marietta and my hair is breaking off because my stylist which is the general manager over processed my hair! The color isn't right and it is literally breaking off and tangled

Do not do it!! After two trips and throwing away $180 dollars I walked away with a patch of orange hair on the back of my head. I tried to contact their customer service twice to only be ignored. I had to go spend another $215 dollars to have it professionally fixed!! Go anywhere else!!

Well I had a 3 pm appointment. Said to wait in my car till I was called or texted. WAited 45 minutes then called several times . No one answered left a message . No one called me back or even acknowledged I had an appointment. Hour and a half later nothing Can't tell you if the hair color is any good. But the customer service stinks!! Will not be back
