My first time at Madison Reed exceeded expectations. From the moment you walk in, the studio was clean and the vibe very zen. They offer you coffee or tea when you're seated. My colorist Regina was professional, asked all the right questions and listened carefully. She chose the absolute perfect color for my resistant gray. Went for the first time today and saw Paula, who was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I had my roots done elsewhere a week ago (where I normally go) but have been thinking of making a change since my long, dark brunette hair was getting blonde highlights from the sun and it looked weird on me. The previous place never suggested a gloss or any kind of special conditioning and after my last root job my hair felt like straw. I have been a member of Madison Reed for three years. I was so excited when the Redondo Beach location opened because I only live one mile away. My typical services are for a base and gloss, until today. I decided to branch out abs add highlights. Paula has done them for my daughter a few times and the results were amazing but she's blonde. as a brunette I was worried to give it a try. I am delighted to share that my hair came out perfectly, thanks to Paula!

I started going to Madison Reed about 6-8 months ago and I just love them. I go there to get my roots touched up and everyone that I have had has been so wonderful. Lately, I have coincidentally been with Paula and she is so lovely, kind, and so great too at coloring that I can't recommend them enough!!

Initially, we got off to a rocky start. This was on of my birthday treats to myself. I respect the fact that they made it right. The colorist was fantastic she was personable and friendly. The stylist was great, the blow dryer could have been a bit hotter to get my textured hair straighter. The colorist was amazing, although I think the color is a bit dark for me. Since it was my first time at least now I know and can go lighter next time. To the management of MR - thank you for making this experience better.

Yesterday, was my first time trying Madison Reed. I was slightly nervous due to a couple of bad reviews. I love this Madison Reed location. I get simple single-color root touch-ups and being a Madison Reed member makes it easy and a lot more affordable to get the bi-weekly touch ups I need. The color stylists are all nice and thorough, it's easy to get appointments, and Iove that this salon isn't too crowded either. The price of a blow dry isn't included in the root touch up, but it's fine with me since I have wavy hair that I like to diffuse dry myself.
