It's wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. The concept of unlimited root coloring a month sounds great. But the customer service needs a little work. I tried it out because my friends said they loved it ( at different locations). So I thought I try it. But when I went in today there were 4-5 clients there. They all looked miserable. Absolutely loved my stylist!! She was very friendly and accommodating. My appointment was canceled by another stylist and she took me right away!! I got a balayage and she slayed it! It's so well blended and I got my first blow out by her and she did an amazing job. Thank you so much to Cyndi who's usually at the Torrance location!! she's amazing and a great asset to the team thank you!!

I like this place. Extremely Affordable. Bleached hair not as well taken care of I don't think they use olaplex, and they get a ton of dye on the forehead but other than that it's a great bargain and friendly staff !

I decided to try the location in Redondo Beach, CA for the first time. The experience exceeded my expectations and I love my new color! I received a balayage treatment by Erin and had fantastic service. She was very personable and in tune with listening to what I wanted. I went into Madison Reed with anticipation never being there before or going to any type of hair bar. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. My color technician was very sweet (Christina) , informative and professional. It was a fun experience and most importantly my hair turned out great. I have been twice now and my hair looks better each time I go. The entire team was wonderful and friendly.

10 out of 10 would recommend I came in with brassy broken hair and left a shiny beige bombshell. My breakage was completely sealed with their gloss. The products they use our life changing my hair has never felt so soft. My stylist name was Christina and she is the general manager. She is so niceand accommodating. Lina also gave me one of the most fantastic blow dries I've ever had no pulling no pain, especially with long hair.

I asked for ash highlights got yellow roots and orange tips even after toner was applied, the woman doing my hair paid no attention to the process, over processed my roots and disregarded my request for ash and applied a warm toner and was just going to let me walk out with my hair in the condition it turned out as. When I pointed out the results she didn't even attempt to fix it, another employee thankfully attempted to repair the damage.
