Colorist spends time with you understanding what you want to achieve. Beautiful salon and friendly and caring staff. If you have lots of roots maintenance, the subscription plan of $55/month is amazing - so worth it if you need to get a touch up once or twice a month. Highly recommend Chaz - passionate about what she does and a great conversationalist.

I live walking distance from this new location and took my parents in to try out their color kit. Staffs left us standing and took forever to greet/talk to us. Saw no enthusiasm in introducing their products(maybe we look underdressed for the fancy salon?)- but I still bought them because I was curious via instagram.

They helped me pick the best color and my hair turned out great. I will definitely be going back. Threw out the Nice and Easy I was using.

Great experience. Gina was fabulous. I didn't really know what I wanted done and she advised me and it looks perfect. Very comfy place. Good location. I highly recommend.

Love my highlights. Was my first time at the color bar and everyone was professional and courteous. Also bought the color kit to do at home color touch up in between highlights. Would definitely go back. Great service and awesome good quality products. Highly recommend trying out this newly modern state of the art color bar salon.
Color is perfect just love it. I would have liked a better blow out! I would still go back in a heartbeat, staff was friendly, efficient, and I have loved this product for years!!! Highly recommend

I was recommended to go to Madison Reed for hair color, since they do not use ammonia in their hair color. The first experience was nice. The salon is clean, and does not smell of product. My first colorist was very nice. I liked the color. My only complaint was I had roots showing within a couple of days. I had joined the pro level subscription, which meant I could get my roots done as often as I wanted. This is where it went downhill. The color they use isn't strong enough to cover grays. The c lady working on my hair seemed like she didn't want to work that day and when she saw me walk in with blonde hair she was intimidated. I do not recommend this place for blondes.

I had an appointment scheduled, specified exactly what I wanted. I get there and the stylists said they can't do what I asked, even though I specifically stated what I wanted done beforehand and no one said it would be an issue. This left me with frantically looking for a different stylist last minute.
