This was the first time at this location and wanted to give it a try because they had good reviews. I've been a customer with Madison Reed for a few years and I've never been turned away. I walked in 10 min which is the grace period. She walked away to see if they can still take me and was gone a couple minutes and she told me they couldn't see me. I told her that I walked in at exactly 10 min and she said - no you didn't. I told her that I did. I was here in the parking lot but my directions just said - you are here when I... read more

Horrible customer service. Also they won't color hair for people under 18 even though it says that nowhere on their website. (even if someone over 18 is with them) Spare yourself the hassle and pay a little more to go to Tricoci instead!
