Food was great and nice staff
They never had our reservation even though I received confirmation. Will not be using OpenTable again.
Business response:
Hi Larry, We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. If you received a confirmation but we didn’t have the reservation when you arrived, we understand why that would be disappointing. We’ll be looking into what happened on our end to make sure we understand where the breakdown occurred. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Sincerely, Team Maggie McFly's
Table was too small for 6 people. They should've sat us at larger table.
Business response:
Hello JoAnn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your table did not feel comfortable for your party of six. We understand how important seating is to the overall dining experience, and we regret that we did not provide a more suitable table for your group. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can better assess seating arrangements for larger parties moving forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, Team Maggie McFly's
