I want to give kudos to Matt at Maggie Mcflys at Brookfield, CT. I have ordered from them a number of times through Doordash. The last 2 orders were delivered incomplete. Only 1 of 2 orders was delivered. The first time they were out of order on one of the dinner selection. They sent me an email.... an EMAIL! 1 order was delivered. We are two people. Cute atmosphere. Good customer service. Very big menu. Very good food, from the apps to the main course. Big portions. Everything made from scratch. Great place to kick back, relax and drink your CBD drink.

I had a bad experience years ago before the remodel! I'd have to say I decided to give it another try and it's always the best after the remodel. The place is clean and the environment is always nice. Service has been great Every-time! Years ago the staff didn't seem to care as much as they do now and I love that. When your customer has a problem and you fix the problem with the same problem that's and issue. But they have frilly stepped up there game with this remodel! I Love there food! Arrived at 8pm on a Sunday. I was glad they were open. We had 8 people in our group. Total bill turned out to be $46 each (tip included.) That's drinks, meals, & desserts. A bit pricey in my opinion. Service was excellent. Atmosphere wonderful. We sat outside by the fire. My bbq pulled pork sandwich was very good. Fries were a bit plain. My daughter ate a cheese pizza. I took my parents to Maggie McFly's today after a doctors appointment. We were all very hungry. It was there first time and my second. The place definitely impressed them with the service, huge portions and great taste. The service was pretty good We are thinking of having a birthday celebration there. It has outdoor seating and a private window room in the back. We left with take home boxes.

I thought that my physical therapy was paying off and I told the guy i can hold the order and he let me hold it and I dropped it because my arm is paralyzed i was not ready i was so embarrassed and everyone even him treated me with kindness. Everyone in here is very nice and I love this place they treat everyone with respect I was crying because I felt embarrassed that my disability got in the way, but everyone made me feel human. I think it's amazing family eat out place . Their appetizers are really great and the kids food is amazing too , especially their chicken nuggets , it's fried so well and delivered crispy and crunchy to the table . Thank you for making my daughter happy .
