Horrible. Loan agent & processors lacked timely follow up and communication of issues. Used this lender once before and the same issues. We allowed almost 6 weeks for closing and it still was not accomplished. The close date needed to be moved from 7/10 to 7/12 and then was not funded until 7/15. Worst transaction ever. Contract date was 5/31.
