They did such a fantastic job!! Everything I feared wouldn't get done, did, and thoroughly. And quickly! I can't say enough good things about it!
They do a great job. They are fast, friendly, trustworthy, and the house looks and smells great when they leave. The only issue I have is that they cannot/will not commit to a specific time on the day they are scheduled to come. I have had friends with nightmare stories about maid services, but I cannot relate as the maids with Maid Brigade are great.
I was and am very impressed with Mr. Van Patten. He is learning and improving his business from mistakes, just as we all do. He did right by me and I believe he will continue to give excellent customer service in the future.
Bath tubs were dirty and cabinets doors and closet doors as well- other wise it went well. Robert and the girls cleaning were great to deal with.
I was impressed by the professionalism of the employees I came into contact with from the company ...from the representative who first contacted me to the two maids who cleaned my house. The work was very thorough and expertly done. The house smelled GREAT when I walked in the door. It was so nice to have a sparkling clean house, again!

Though their first attempt to service us didn't go well, the owner and his management team responded very fast and took total ownership of our concerns as customers. They delivered a timely back-up plan and blew our socks off. This company is made of fine professionals.
Not as thorough in dusting/cleaning as I would have hoped. Instruction needed.
