Thank you so much for cleaning my house! The ladies did a fantastic job. The only thing that wasn't touched that I had asked to dust were my fake plants and trees around the house. However, because of the great job done and the time you saved me from cleaning, I was able to dust and clean my plants myself. I look forward to walking into my clean house again next Friday. Originally, the only problem that I had was that they showed up without phoning first as agreed---good thing I was home already! The two-person team was excellent and my house is *spotless*, great job. Over time, however, i continued to get no-call/show-up problems, and a different team every single time---some times, I even received a team who spoke no English. They were the least expensive of the 3 I talked to, and the ladies that came were polite and professional. What was to be cleaned seemed to be a little in question even though I felt I had fully described what my house was like when requesting the bid. I feel fairly certain they will take care of any areas I bring up at their next visit.
