This is a great company. They have you inspect the area they have cleaned to ensure that you are satisfied, They also leave cards after every visit so you can rate the job they did. It is broken down to rooms and who cleaned them. This helps them know who's doing a good job and how happy the clients are. I am very happy with this company and plan on using them for a very long time. It is money well spent!
Overall they were very good. The customer service was excellent. The cleaners missed several things in our very important move-out clean, and we had to go back and clean those things ourselves. But what they did clean was very good.

I am walking around barefoot in my house for the first time in ages! Maid Brigade did a fabulous job and working with Robert was a dream.
Maid Brigade was very prompt in scheduling my service. I received a time frame for arrival between 8:30am and 9:15am. Unfortunately they didn't show up til after 10am. The two ladies worked very quickly and for the most part did a good job. They forgot to clean a couple of windows and a big floor mirror and left some dust and shoe prints on my wood floor, but the rest of their work was strong. Would definitely hire again.

They did an okay job. My mother had a hard time communicating with the maids who came out. Because of this, there was some confusion about what needed to be done. They missed a lot of the dusting and baseboard. Not a great job on vacuuming. Bathtubs weren't cleaned out that well. Missed some spots on faucets. The kitchen sink wasn't even touched.

If there were any areas in which we didn't delight our client we offer to fix them that day, just as we did with this client. Ladies were definitely courteous and did just an ok job. They aren't into corners, that's for sure. My entire home is laminate, not carpet and after vacuuming, they mopped, but it seemed with just the same mop pad. When they left, I mopped again and used 4 mop pads to get just the kitchen and dining area clean. If I had wanted to continue to do that I wouldn't have hired a service! Bathrooms were OK. As soon as we discover the error we are all over it until the client is delighted!
