Things give out occasionally in my hundred-year-plus old house. So here's my thanks to two great techs. Doing the annual service check, Constancio A. spotted really badly deteriorated piping feeding the boiler. The cellphone snapshot he brought upstairs to me was scary, a mass of rust.
