We are setting up a new account with Main Care after many years with another fuel company, whose service has deteriorated. Our furnace, generator, and hot water tank use propane. And thanks to Theresa my somewhat complicated questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and I am sure that we will soon become very satisfied customers with Main Care!

We are really pleased with the work that Jacob Murray performed on 1/4/23 with the service appointment to tune up our oil furnace boiler. He focused on making sure the replacement blast tube and nozzle assembly parts were correct and that a surprise water leak was fixed properly. Thanks also for the assistance from Joe. I have contracted with Main Care for some years now. During this arctic blast, my furnace decided to be cranky. I was thrilled to have Crytal to speak to when I called. She reassured me that a technician would come. Technician Emmanuel came and made all the necessary adjustments and repairs. He,too, was kind and reassuring. I thank Main Care for their caring professionalism.
