We called early Saturday morning with no heat/hot-water, and they were there within 2 hours. Seth was wonderful in explaining what had to be done, and fixed more than needed so that " we don't need to come back soon to fix it again". A very nice thing to be hear, being Proactive instead of Reactive. I give Main Care and Seth very high marks for their responsiveness, professionalism, and care.

I felt very positively about the service I received. Your technician, Brandon, solved the problem, which originally appeared to be "out of oil", but which became a complex service problem once he determined why the heat was not coming on. He was courteous and diligent and the only problem I had with him was that he wouldn't eat any Christmas cookies, which I begged him to eat to save me from myself.
