Your technician, Brandon, solved the problem, which originally appeared to be "out of oil", but which became a complex service problem once he determined why the heat was not coming on. He was courteous and diligent and the only problem I had with him was that he wouldn't eat any Christmas cookies, which I begged him to eat to save me from myself.
