You do very well except that I was surprised to find you lack an emergency phone. Last winter when I needed some information, I called 1-800-542-5552, the only number I have for you. After many busy signals and what seemed an eternity of ringing, someone answered. All I could think of was the day when the temperature is in the single digits and the furnace has conked out.
