Mika was great on service call. Very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem with a clear explanation. My complaints are with your billing system which I find very confusing, and your prices which are on the high side. But great service/repairs of furnace provided.

You do very well except that I was surprised to find you lack an emergency phone. Last winter when I needed some information, I called 1-800-542-5552, the only number I have for you. After many busy signals and what seemed an eternity of ringing, someone answered. All I could think of was the day when the temperature is in the single digits and the furnace has conked out.
