I thought the svs fee was a bit steep. I didn't have hot water for some strange reason and my oil tank gage showed my tank was empty. For instances like this, when the service guy only had to dip a sick in my tank to show me there was oil and to say my gage was broke, should have a lesser svs fee and we could of trouble shot the hot water issue over the phone for example, your gage may be broke, we are showing you have plenty of oil, try hitting the reset button on your hot water tank and ***** up your thermastate to see i... read more

THE PARTS YOU NEEDED COULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP LOCALLY. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO GET THIS FIXED. AS A RESULT OTHER PARTS WERE BROKEN.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT SERVICE HAS BEEN LAX.WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR CLOSE TO 30 YEARS AND SERVICE SEEM TO HAVE GONE WAY DOWN.

Before this appt., your service and professionalism have been excellent other than customer service not answering emails lately and a rude response last year when we asked about the price of our fuel compared to others in town. However, 10/05/16, Zachary K. with trainee, Clinton, came for the first generator tune-up.
