Main Care installed a natural gas pool heater for me. They ran the gas line, hooked up the gas and ran the electrical. John (Tech) worked very quickly and he was knowledgeable about the product he was installing. Everything looks great. Very professional and he cleaned up after the job was done. On December 12,2022 a member of the maincare staff located in the Newburgh NY office (Randy H) performed an installation of a coil for my boiler. The boiler at the time was 15+ years old. Previous to this visit the servicing of my heating needs was performed by a local Newburgh oil and propane company for the past 10+ years. I had to wait almost 2 months to find out how much I owed, kept being told someone would call me by Friday, several Fridays was told that would Friday someone would get back to me, no one ever did. Yesterday I receive a statement in the ail for $646., quite a surprise and do not agree with the amount, hoping someone will call me. Thank you.
