Service is variable. Most of the time it is prompt and polite. However, two years ago during an extreme cold snap on New Year's weekend, my furnace quit. I left a note, and unlocked the door, for the serviceman. As the house was cold I went upstairs to the warmest room. I heard someone, after a few hours, start the furnace but he did not come up as I'd asked. Shortly after he left the furnace quit. Outcome was total freeze up of both furnace and house water lines.
