I had to wait two months for service and pre-pay,which I accepted because you have a good reputation and you served me well in my other home. I would say in the bad weather you should provide shoe covers or have the service person remove their shoes. This service person was very helpful answering questions and seemed knowledgeable. The only other thing I would say is I prepaid more than I was charged,so now what?

People on the phone were knowledgeable and patient. Technician showed up on time, had to walk through deep snow to get to the tanks, did not complain. Was efficient and professional. Did the paperwork quickly. A+++ customer service all around. Happy to have Main-Care Energy as my provider.
