2nd service tech never showed to assist. I Assisted in setting the tanks. Flaring tool needed wasn’t found in the service truck. Luckily I had one for the tech to use.

The best part is you were there for us in a sort of emergency situation. Your service technician notified us when he was on his way, identified the problem quickly and fixed it. The only weird thing was after having Main Care since 1990 I was not in your computer system. At the initial call the woman had to set me up as a new customer...odd. But as always over the 30 years of our relationship I could count on you, and would not hesitate to recommend Main Care to anyone. Thank. you, now keep me in your computer...lol
