Just finished 1st yr. Live in a 104 yr. old house, which despite my best efforts (all modern windows) to insulate, uses a lot of heating oil. We had below average temperatures in April and May, yet I went 65 days without a (prepaid)delivery, until I completely ran out on a Sat. and had to phone you for a delivery. My initial experience was great. The Techs Mohamed and Jake were very professional and diagnosed the problem. However it has been 5 days without hot water and still have not been notified when I can expect repairs to be done. I realize this is your busy time of year, but does it take this long to just schedule the appointment. I would just like to have an idea how much longer I will be without hot water.
