Just finished 1st yr. Live in a 104 yr. old house, which despite my best efforts (all modern windows) to insulate, uses a lot of heating oil. We had below average temperatures in April and May, yet I went 65 days without a (prepaid)delivery, until I completely ran out on a Sat. and had to phone you for a delivery. This is the reason why my opinion of your service is still tentative.

My initial experience was great. The Techs Mohamed and Jake were very professional and diagnosed the problem. However it has been 5 days without hot water and still have not been notified when I can expect repairs to be done. I realize this is your busy time of year, but does it take this long to just schedule the appointment. I would just like to have an idea how much longer I will be without hot water.
