Mixed feelings overall as the most recent service visit was followed by a call back the next day. It was an intermittent problem that seems to have been diagnosed and fixed on the second visit. So far so good and I am hoping the furnace keeps working the rest of the season...fingers crossed!

I have always like Main Care. However,after suffering for over 2 weeks with no heat, I find your initial response unacceptable. Your first tech, John, laughed too much especially when telling us the furnace was not going to be fixed. No one offered us extra heaters. We found out you lent them out when Mark came to start the process of removing our old furnace. Mark, Emmanuel and Joe were excellent.
