I was suprised when you technician arrived, since I didn't know there was a problem. The gardener detected the gas smell and called your company while I was out. But he arrived soon after I did, and checked everything out, and fixed the leak that he found. I was happy to know that it was repaired, and that there was nothing more serious.

The technician came out to fix the hot water heater while I was not there. I paid the bill promptly before checking the work. When I got home the hot water heater did not work. I had thought it was the Thermocouple since the pilot light would not stay lit. According to the invoice the Thermocouple was replaced but the pilot will not light. It is freezing and we have no hot water. Thankfully the furnace is fine.
