I received a bill that I felt was excessive for the service time provided. The tech was very nice but only stayed all of 20 minutes. I believe a fair bill wold have been half of what you charged me. The tech adjusted the batteries in the thermostat that was the problem.

I had two recent services, so I'm not sure which one this may be regarding. If it's the first one, it involved an emergency appointment and a phone call near midnight. I was very pleasantly surprised to have a technician arrive in just an hour, after having been told that the on-call tech had two prior calls. The tech who arrived was called in on overtime and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issues. The 2nd service was a scheduled cleaning.
