1st, if I were rating just the service tech who showed up at my door I would rate him 10 across the board. He was excellent after a long day after a long week. Your service model stinks. In this day and age your office staff can't narrow down to morning/vs afternoon for when the tech would show up. Most service people can give you a range between 2 hours.
