the service techs and the delivery men were wonderful and helpful, and especially coming out in the storm must have been dicey. However, it was frustrating that the call center people were unable to communicate with the drivers or have any way to know where they were and when they might be arriving. It seems like there must be some way to be able communicate with them so you can let your customers know when to expect someone to their house. This is the first time in 26 years at this address that I have unexpectantly run out of oil...I called as soon as I realized the tank was at 0%. The person I spoke to was very professional. The Tech arrived at my home within an hour and fixed everything; gave me enough oil for a warm night and a hot shower in the morning. A full tank of fuel was delivered the next day! Bravo, Main-Care!!!!
