I called because my standby generator and propane water heater were not working. I was disappointed because the technician did not come into the house to look at the water heater (or reset the pilot light). He said to me that the reason the generator didn't start was because of the battery. Troy Generator Service showed up 1/2 hour later and immediately started the generator (no battery issue) and he also lit the pilot light so I had hot water. Visit was comprehensive.technician found an unexpected problem due to very thorough inspection. Happily it will be fixed before the difficulty becomes much worse.
