You were really slow to respond to my potential issue with my tank reading less than 1/4 and then less than 1/8th. You promised delivery by Wednesday...no show. then promised Thursday ...no show. However the bright spot was Nancy in customer service in Newburgh...she was able to send someone out to deliver 10 gals on Thursday night and then get delivery Friday am. Nancy gets a 12 out of 10....the company....much less. Very disappointed that I had to go through the stress on potentially running out of oil (as last year ... read more

I had a propane tank installed and they were very quick at putting it in after I called them. They also serviced a gas fireplace while they were there.
