Joseph was very professional. He did everything that needed to be done even though it took extra time. He improved some of the original installation items, which were not done right, answered all my questions and make great recommendations on the operation of the furnace. The serviceman was prompt and did a thorough job. He cleaned out a part (pigtail) that had never been cleaned before. He represented your company well.

Service person did nott have needed equipment: CO2 cartridge or pump, but still claimed he had cleared the clog in furnace line. Gauges in two tanks never equalized and I had to call for return service. Nee person "Phil" was excellent.
