I never have an issue when I order more oil. That experience is a pleasure. The man who came out to service my furnace was a little on the rude side and didn’t fix the issue. He was here for 20 minutes out of the hour I paid for and seemed in a rush. He actually made me feel stupid. I would not use the service tech services again but will continue to order my oil from them.

Tech was great as always! My only disappointment is that I was told my window was 10am-12pm; I called at 11:45 and was told my window was 12-2pm

The service technician (Butch) did an excellent job. Upon diagnosing the problem, he offered me a couple of different solutions. I opted to purchase a new hot water heater based on the age of my current one and the cost to replace the gas valve. He got me a new one in about an hour and installed it quickly.
